You don’t have to live life on edge,
let’s find calm together.
Is this really anxiety?
Have you ever wondered if what you’re feeling is more than just everyday, routine stress? It’s a question many of us ask ourselves, especially in a world that glorifies constant hustle and grind. Understanding the difference between normal stress and something more can be a challenge, but it’s important for your well-being.
Let’s get you to the
calmer side of life
Sure, not having to deal with all of this sounds like a dream, but is it really possible? It is. You will be able to breathe deeper and easier. You’ll feel lighter, it turns out you can actually feel the metaphorical weight leave your shoulders.
With time and support, you can learn to loosen the grip of control and discover a new way of operating in life- more carefree, more adaptable. You’ll be able to find comfort in freedom and flexibility rather than in trying to manage every detail, even if that sounds unattainable now.
You deserve a chance to live a life unrestricted by anxiety, stress, worry, overwhelm and guilt. You can achieve a calmer state of living than you have right now.
You’re ready for things to feel different, you just aren’t sure where to start
Feeling stuck and wondering where to start? I get it - beginning counseling can feel intimidating, overwhelming and like adding one more thing to your already full plate.
Here's What To Expect:
We’ll start with a brief (15 minute) phone call to discuss your needs, payment options, and find the best appointment time for you. I offer telehealth sessions during the day and evening.
Feeling nervous about counseling is completely normal. Your first session may bring some anxiety, many feel the same way. We’ll begin by covering paperwork, how I operate, payment schedules and policies. Then, we’ll focus on what matters most to you - at your own pace.
Discussing personal issues with a stranger can be uncomfortable, so I prioritize building a comfortable relationship first. You set the pace for our conversations. I’m here to help those ready to dig into the tough stuff, but I understand that it can take time to get there.
